These terms
These terms apply when you buy merchandise from this website. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Placing an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. A contract between us comes into existence only when we email you to confirm that we have accepted your order and are making or sending it.
If we cannot accept your order — for example because we are unable to make the item, or there is an error in its price or description — we will tell you and refund any payment you have made in full.
Made to order
Our merchandise is made to order rather than held in stock. It is made in standard sizes and colours and is not personalised or customised to your individual specification, so your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations applies in the normal way. See our returns policy.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT.
- Delivery is charged separately at a flat £4.00 per order — see our delivery information.
- Payment is taken when you place your order, through our payment provider.
- We take care to price and describe everything accurately. If we discover an obvious error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before continuing and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Product descriptions
The photographs on this website are of the actual products, but colours can look different from one screen to another, and printed garments vary a little from one to the next. That variation is normal and is not a fault.
Delivery
Delivery costs, timescales and where we deliver are set out on our delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Items become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancelling and returning
You have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send the item back. How to do that, and how refunds work, is set out in full in our returns policy, which also forms part of these terms.
Faulty goods and your legal rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email [email protected] as soon as you can and we will put it right.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for losses arising from any business use of what you buy.
We never exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Events outside our control
If something beyond our reasonable control delays an order, we will contact you as soon as we can and the delivery time will be extended by the length of the delay. If the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Your information
We use the information you give us only to fulfil your order and to contact you about it. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

If something has gone wrong, please email [email protected] and give us the chance to put it right. We will always try to resolve a complaint with you directly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on this page when you placed it. The date at the top shows when this page was last revised.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
