What delivery costs
Delivery is a flat £4.00 per order, however many items you order.
Our merchandise is children’s clothing, which is zero-rated for VAT, and a delivery charge carries the same VAT treatment as the goods it delivers. There is therefore no VAT to add to either — the price you see is the price you pay.
That is our only delivery option — there is no express upgrade, and we do not offer free delivery on any order, whatever its value.
How long it takes
Everything we sell is made to order. We do not hold stock on a shelf waiting to be posted; your item is made once you have placed your order, and then sent out to you.
Allowing for that, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
If something is going to take noticeably longer than that, we will email you and let you know where your order is.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Because it is made to order
Making each order rather than holding stock keeps the range small and the waste low, but it has two consequences worth knowing about:
- We cannot promise same-day or next-day dispatch, because the item does not exist until you order it.
- Very occasionally a size or colour turns out not to be possible. If that happens we will contact you and either agree an alternative or refund you in full.
Made to order does not affect your right to change your mind. Our merchandise is made in standard sizes and colours rather than personalised to you, so the 14-day cancellation right applies in full — see our returns policy.
Problems with a delivery
If your order has not arrived within the time above, or it turns up damaged, email [email protected] with your name and order number and we will sort it out.
